Art Work Questions
Q: Who does your art work?
A: Faith Varvara does all the art work for our sweaters, pins, stickers, tote bags and pillows. We do not purchase pr-made designs. You can see her concept art on her Instagram site @faithvarvara
Q: Do you take art suggestions?
A: Of course we love getting suggestions. We also love to see your comments on any of our art concepts. Look to @faithvarvara. Your likes and comments help us decide what and how we will produce our products.
Q: Do you use social media?
A: Yes!!! You can follow us on Instagram @faithvarvara and @trendy_not. Be sure to follow both so you can see any of the concept art that Faith is creating and to get information on pre-order and contests. This is also a great place to find out what conventions will will be attending.
Q: How do your sweaters fit?
A: Our sweaters tend to fit on the large side. We have provided a size chart with each sweater but know that still can be confusing. Feel free to contact us by email if you would like any more information.
Q: Is the plush your own creation?
A: No. We import all our plush from Japan. We do want to create our own plush one day.
Q: Where do you get your sweaters printed?
A: We purchase all our sweaters in Canada and have them printed locally in Calgary, AB. I would like to give a special thanks to our printer as we are not an easy customer to deal with. Our full color art work is quite advanced and we are very picky on quality.
Q: My credit card does not work, why?
A: Our security protocol is very high on credit cards to safe guard our customers. The “Billed To” information must be the same as what is on your credit card. Common issues are incorrect address or postal/zip codes.
Q: Do I have to give my email and phone number?
A: Yes. We need this information for shipping.
Q: What other mode of payment are there?
A: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard. If you need to use American Express please contact us and we can send an invoice by email.
Q: Where do you ship too:
A: We ship anywhere in Canada and the USA. If you need shipping to out side Canada or US please contact us and we can provide you with a custom quote.
Q: What kind of shipping do you provide?
A: At this time we ship threw Canada Post for all Canadian shipments. USA shipments are threw Canada Post / US Post. All shipment are tracked and a tracking number will be emailed to you when the package is mailed.
Q: How long will it take to get my purchase?
A: Normally an estimated delivery date will be provided when you check your tracking number on Canada Post. These dates are subject to change when unforeseen circumstances happen. Eg. Weather, High volume time such as Christmas, postal strikes. For our US customers please keep in mind that your package needs to pass threw customs and this can slow your delivery down.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We charge a flat fee of $20.00 for any where in Canada or US. Local Calgary delivery is $8.00. If you purchase over $100.00 in Canada or $125.00 in USA you will receive free shipping.
Q: What happens if I pick the wrong shipping?
A: This happens from time to time when a client picks the “Free shipping” but has not purchased the allotted amount for free shipping. We will send you an email explaining why we are refunding your purchase. This will give you the opportunity to buy more product to achieve the free shipping amount or to select the $20.00 flat fee shipping charge.
Q: Do I have to pay Customs charges?
A: If you live in Canada you do not have to pay custom charges. Anyone living outside of Canada may have to pay any additional charges occurred by their customs agency. These charges will depend on product bought, state and federal tax laws and Duty and Tariff charges implemented by the US government. (Please keep in mind we have shipped many, many packages to the US and have never received comments on there being an issue with customs charges. Most if not all our shipment have been left with the customer with no request for added customs payment)
